Our customers are our #1 priority at Air Assurance. We encourage our customers to maintain their heating and cooling equipment through our Extended Service Protection Plan, but whenever systems fail, we are there – even on Saturday. Unlike our competition, we don’t charge extra for this availability.

We have the largest service fleet so we can respond quickly. Each truck is fully equipped with replacement parts, the latest diagnostic tools, and a highly skilled and certified technician. Doing the job right the first time is the heart of our customer service program.
