Our installation technicians are the best in skill, attitude and workmanship. They’ll care for your home and complete the job with speed and precision. They wear floor savers, clean up when they are finished and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. They will not smoke or swear in your home and they are polite and courteous. If, when they have finished in your home, they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, we'll refund whatever amount of the purchase price you feel to be fair.

I am purchasing a heating and/or air conditioning system from your company. I am not an expert in this field and I am depending on your expertise to ensure my total satisfaction. And you are holding yourself and your company to be responsible for achieving my total and 100% complete satisfaction. So you agree to REFUND 100% of the agreement price (see your attached agreement) if I am not satisfied with the performance of the equipment or your services, and you cannot correct the problem of the system during the first year. And you agree to remove the system (see your attached agreement) that you installed within thirty (30) days of my request and refund the entire agreement price.
Exclusive 'No Lemons' Guarantee
If the Compressor in your Air Conditioner Fails or the Heat Exchanger in your Furnace cracks during the first five years of ownership, and it is a matching R410A System, and you have maintained and remained a Service Agreement Customer during that time period, we will remove the entire unit, rather than the component, and install a completely new one. If you've ever bought a "lemon" before, you truly appreciate our commitment to your long-term satisfaction.
Comfort Guarantee
We guarantee that when properly designed systems are installed, maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacture's operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. If the desired comfort is not achieved, we will make any modifications or repairs necessary to reach the desired temperature at no charge to you for a period of two (2) years.
