We just had Mitchell out to fix our heater. I wanted to let you know he was very professional, knowledgeable, and good at explaining the problem and the fix. He stayed to ensure the problem was fixed for good and was courteous and respectful. I feel too often owners/supervisors/managers only hear the complaints, and I wanted to let you know we were more than satisfied with the service we received!
