A notice of appreciate is due for all the hard work and dedication that went into the install of our new A/C and Furnace. Air Assurance did an excellent job and made both myself and my husband feel as though we were in good hands during the installation. Even when Murphy's Law came into play where an extreme issue arose, it was all hands on deck to resolve the problem and put our customer satisfaction 1st.
David , Derek, the customer service associate, Mike , Tech supervisor, and Owner were fantastic and went above and beyond to fix the issues and get us up and going. They staff was extremely respectful and tidy to our home, they all worked very well together and answered any of my questions or concerns that came up.
I would highly recommend Air Assurance for any and all A/C, Heat or Plumbing due to the ease of dealing with the company and also the strengths of the people they have in their employment. We are extremely grateful for the top notch customer service that we did receive and a job very well done! Air Assurance has earned a loyal customer for life with us.
