They wear and use floor savers, clean up when they are finished and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. They will not smoke or swear in your home and they are polite and courteous. If, when they have finished in your home, they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, we'll refund whatever amount of the purchase price you feel to be fair. If the compressor in your air conditioner fails or the heat exchanger in your furnace cracks during the first five years of ownership, and it is a matching R410A System, and you have maintained and remained a Service Agreement Customer during that time period, we will remove the entire unit, rather than the component, and install a completely new one. We guarantee that when properly designed duct systems are installed, maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacture's operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. If the desired comfort is not achieved, we will make any modifications or repairs necessary to reach the desired temperature at no charge to you for a period of one year.
