Marquis came yesterday and I just wanted you to know how wonderful he was! He was so kind and explained things in a way I could understand! Everyone from Air Assurance is nice BUT he is the nicest!! Maybe just in general, the nicest man ever! I wanted to pass along my sincere thanks for always providing people like him to help in our time of need!
