Recently, I received an invoice where your maintenance techs noted that the roof was punctured while working. They had a roofing company came out same day to fix the problems. It’s so nice that this would occur when so many might “sweep it under the rug” and blame it on someone else. We have had contractors do damage and never tell us and end up costing us more in other damages. It’s so nice that they are so conscientious about their work and job and would do something like that! We are extremely impressed! Thank you!
