I wanted to let you know what a great staff you have and how much of a pleasure it has been working with Michael as we figured out how to relocate the units that needed to be replaced. Then Jon did a great job servicing our units and working around our pre-school schedule.
Most recently John and Chad were so gracious to do the loud work on our Great Hall installation during times when it was not in use, and then being quiet when the Hall was in use. John also made our Financial Secretary’s job much easier by installing a damper so she can adjust the air flow to bring the temperature in her office down when she needs to close the door to work undisturbed.
We’re looking forward to the replacement of the rooftop that is out soon.
