I wanted to let you know that I am very happy. I have a disabled son and  his ac went out while I was at the urgent care. My cousin used to do the repairs but had passed away last year and I didn’t know who to call. As I was leaving and wondering who to call, how to transport and transition my son and his roommate to a hotel until it is repaired, and worrying about the stress it will cause the boy, A woman suggested Air Assurance. So I called , you were able to get me in that day. The tech was Marquis and  he was so courteous and friendly, making me and my son feel comfortable. Anyone can theoretically turn the screws, but it takes special people to give true customer service as I was shown. I am grateful for your wonderful customer service and if you hire people like Marquis then we are a company I want to stick with forever!
