I just wanted to say how pleased we were with the quality of the work that Dalton and his team took at our home. He came out on Tuesday afternoon and located a slab leak for us. The team was at our house today and made the repairs. Not only did they prep the area to keep the house clear of dust and debris, but they also took care in causing as little damage as necessary in order to repair the leak. We have been customers for a while now with you installing our AC/Heat units and staying on the ESP plan. We have encountered problems with the AC unit, but you have always made things right, which is why we continue to use you! Thank you again!

I wanted to take a few minutes to tell you about the amazing customer service that I received from Mike. To win the business of the replacement of my entire unit I told him about my concerns. I told him that although everyone that I have dealt with at AA had been super kind and friendly. I felt that I continued to have the same issues. Mike assured me that if I invested in you guys again, he would not stop until I was satisfied. He has kept his promise. Although working with Tulsa Energy was less than a delightful experience to say the least. Mike hung in there and did not leave me high and dry to fix the issues.
